Frequently Asked Questions
Booking, pricing, prep, and what to expect from your detail.
Do you come to me?
Yes. We're fully mobile. We come to your home, apartment, or workplace anywhere within about 40 miles of North Hollywood, including most of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.
How do I book?
Book online through our booking page. It shows the services, current pricing, and the times that are actually open. If your vehicle needs specialty work or is in unusual condition, send us a quote request first.
What should I do before you arrive?
Remove personal items and any large trash that can't just be vacuumed up. If you want the trunk, glove box, and center console cleaned, empty them and leave them open. If they're closed or full, we may leave those areas alone.
Why does the price depend on my vehicle?
Vehicle size and condition change how much labor a job takes. Heavy stains, odors, pet hair, sand, bio contamination, or long-term neglect may need extra time or an add-on. We'll go over anything like that during the walkaround.
Will you get every stain and smell out?
We'll improve and restore surfaces as much as reasonably possible. Detailing can't reverse permanent staining, material damage, discoloration, burns, or tears, and deeply embedded odors may not come out completely.
How much pet hair can you remove?
Our standard process usually removes about 75–85% of pet hair, depending on how much there is and the type of material. The Pet Hair Removal add-on is for more extensive removal, around 95–100% when it's realistically achievable. We can't guarantee 100% in every vehicle.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, 10% off for first responders, military, and seniors. Let us know when you book.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes, for customers who've already had a full inside and out detail with us. Weekly starts at $70, bi-weekly at $80, and monthly at $100, depending on vehicle size. Bi-weekly requires a full detail within the last 3 weeks. Maintenance keeps a detailed car in shape. It doesn't replace the initial detail.
What's the difference between paint correction and ceramic coating?
Paint correction is polishing: it improves the paint itself by reducing swirls, haze, and light defects. A ceramic coating is protection applied after the paint is prepped. It makes the car easier to wash and helps protect the finish. Many customers do both: correct first, then coat.
Can paint correction remove every scratch?
No. A one-step correction gives a strong improvement in gloss and reduces light defects. Scratches that go through the clear coat, rock chips, and some deeper marks can't be polished out.
Do you need water or power at my location?
Let us know about your parking situation when you book (driveway, garage, street, apartment lot). If there's anything we need from you, we'll tell you before the appointment.
What hours do you work?
Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed Sunday. Availability changes day to day, so check the booking page for open times.
