Welcome to A&J Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, using our website, or contacting us, you agree to the following terms.
A&J Detailing provides professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing services. Service results may vary depending on vehicle condition. No service guarantees complete stain or odor removal.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel may result in a cancellation fee.
All prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments.
Customers must disclose all known damages, mechanical issues, or sensitive areas before service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage including paint defects, loose trim, cracked leather, or fragile surfaces.
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address concerns. Refunds are issued at management discretion.
A&J Detailing is not responsible for:
Personal items left inside vehicles
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear revealed during cleaning
Electronics or aftermarket accessories that malfunction
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
